Our purpose-built facility is in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary in Ireland’s southeast. Fitted out in 2004, this EU-approved plant measures 1200 metres sq. in size. Using only the most up-to-date manufacturing equipment and standards, our aim is to ensure that you, as a caterer can be assured of serving only the best quality ribs.
With a focus on standards and quality, we hold a BRC ‘A’ grade accreditation. As a major supplier to retailers also, our premises and facilities are under consistent assessment. And this ensures only the best-in-class procedures and products. Since our initial set-up, we have invested significantly in machinery, equipment, research and training and are established as one of Europe’s leading ribs specialists.
Our own suppliers use only the best sources and 100% traceability is guaranteed. HACCP standards are also applied throughout our operation and we enforce only the highest standards in hygiene, health & safety, environmental impact and process control.
