Hygiene Policy
 
It is the policy of Rib World to set, implement and maintain high standards of personal and operational hygiene to safeguard the health and well being of our Customers and staff alike.
 
We are committed to purchasing only safe, sound and wholesome food and to establishing systems and procedures for controlling the receipt, storage, preparation and service of this food.
 
We will provide adequate facilities, equipment and staff to ensure that the manufacturing facilities can be maintained in a hygienic condition at all times and that the food that we supply will always be safe and in good condition. To ensure plant & equipment are fit for purpose, the company maintains a planned maintenance program covering all equipment.
 
All food workers will be trained in food safety & good hygiene practices and they will be made aware of their responsibility for ensuring that all their tasks are performed in a hygienic manner.
 
The management will carry out routine hygiene audits and records of findings and action taken will be maintained.
